go to https://software.bullcityfinancial.com/install/Anita/

download the following into Downloads folder -

JustAnita.bat 
1-CreateEnvironment-rework.bat
2-InstallAnita-rework.bat 
3-UpdateAnita.bat
UNWISE.EXE
INSTALL.LOG 

Right click and run JustAnita.bat AS ADMINISTRATOR
